The family’s caffeine obsession was born from sweet memories at Bela’s house, where she would whip up her legendary Cuban cafecitos. Picture this: mornings filled with her delicious café con leche and buttery pan tostado, or cozy evenings sipping on a strong and sweet cortado. It was more than just coffee; it was a delicious dive into culture that brought everyone together!

They also have a legendary family tale about Uncle Pancho, who launched a small Cuban coffee joint on Chicago's South Side back in the ’80s. He started by serving shots for just 50 cents and eventually became one of the Chicago Cubs’ Cuban goodies suppliers! His success continues to inspire the Cuadra family to chase their own coffee-creation dreams.

With the wisdom and support of his older sister, parents, and grandfather, Joel Sanchez, this grassroots venture is set to deliver top-notch service and a coffee cart experience perfect for any event.
