How is pricing determined?
Your service is priced on guest count and service time. Send your details and we’ll return a custom proposal.
How far in advance should we book?
There’s no booking window too short. If we’re available, we’ll make it happen, so just ask! Popular dates do fill up, so reaching out early is the best way to secure yours.
What do you need from our venue?
Just a space for our cart (about 6 feet long, 3 feet deep, and 3 feet tall) and a power outlet. We provide everything else.
How does payment work?
Event service is prepaid in two simple steps. Once you’ve approved your proposal and signed your contract, a 25% deposit is due within 3 days to reserve your date. The remaining 75% is due 30 days before your event.
Do you travel?
Yes! We’re based in Chattanooga and happy to travel. Events more than 50 miles from Chattanooga include a travel fee, which we’ll note in your proposal.
